This Agreement applies to all products created by Charles M Cottle for Risk Doctor, Inc., including Books, Web Content, Recorded webinars and live consulting, coaching, seminars and webinars. The RiskDoctor participant ("The TRADER") of this agreement realizes that there are huge risks in trading and hedging with options (calls and puts), stocks and futures and that a position even though it is hedged can incur huge losses.

A position adjustment as a hedge to a portfolio invariably creates a loss as the portfolio profits or a gain as the portfolio loses. Since many hedges are not perfect hedges, losses to the overall position may ensue. The nature of derivatives is such that it is possible and likely that a hedge can gain or lose strength over time warranting further adjustments to the position for hedging purposes.

This Website and the RiskDoctor Room at HotComm is owned and operated by RiskDoctor, Inc., (The CONSULTANT) for educational information and exchange of trading ideas only.

The CONSULTANT may reveal alternatives for derivatives positioning and hedging to the TRADER for educational purposes only. The TRADER has the authorization to hold harmless CONSULTANT, Charles M. Cottle, RiskDoctor, Inc., respective successors and permitted assigns against any action that would harm his reputation or that would require remuneration for damages. CONSULTANT may suggest alternatives, which, if implemented, can limit losses, but losses may still be incurred by the TRADER.

Regardless of any losses incurred by the TRADER it is agreed that CONSULTANT will be paid in full for the purchased product or package of products and services. It is Agreed that, from time to time, the regularly scheduled live webinar may be postponed by a week or two or three depending on the CONSULTANT'S travel arrangements, in which case, an extension will be granted to make up for any postponed webinar sessions.

The information, whether provided by Risk Doctor, Inc. or any other software such as and including Microsoft Excel, SpreadHunter, SpreadHunterRD, Diamonetrics, PositionDissector or any brokerage firm's platform used by RiskDoctor, Inc., or Charles M. Cottle is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only. Neither RiskDoctor, Inc., nor Charles M. Cottle guarantees the accuracy or completeness of the information or any analysis based thereon. The CONSULTANT will not be responsible for any individual outages or inability to login to services.

If there is a system wide outage the webinar session will be postponed and handled as stipulated in this Agreement. Neither RiskDoctor, Inc. nor Charles M. Cottle shall be liable to any customer or third party for the accuracy of information, or any market quotations supplied through this service to a customer, nor for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, interruptions or omissions in the furnishing thereof, for any direct or consequential damages arising from or discontinuance of the service.

If at any time this agreement is terminated by CONSULTANT, TRADER will pay monies agreed for services rendered to TRADER. The TRADER confirms that he has read, understands and accepts the terms of this agreement. All sales are Final and there are no Refunds or Guarantees. The TRADER agrees the Free RD Webinar gave the TRADER enough information to know exactly what they were contracting for.
